This policy explains how Third State Management LLC ("Third State," "we," "us") collects and uses information through thirdstatemgmt.com.
Information we collect
- Contact and audit requests. When you use our contact form we collect what you enter — such as your name, business name, email, phone number, type of business, and message.
- Job applications. When you apply for a Client Opportunity we collect your name, email, phone number, résumé, and any message you include.
- Technical information. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested in order to deliver and protect the site. We use a one-way hash of your IP address to limit spam submissions.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To review job applications and share them with the hiring client company for the role you applied to.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and our business (for example, hosting and email delivery), with a client company when you apply for its role, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiries and applications only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing Nikko@ThirdStateMgmt.com or calling 609-248-0220.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date on this page.
